Letter from 113 House members urging Biden to reject calls for de-escalation in Gaza

The Bipartisan Letter Opposing De-Escalation in Gaza was put forward by a bipartisan group of 113 House members (63 Democrats and 50 Republicans) writing to President Biden on October 16, 2023. The letter argued that “premature de-escalation would be a victory for the terrorists.” They urged the administration to impose maximum sanctions on Iran.
